Description
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead engineering strategy and technical decisions across refurbishment, delining, drivetrain, automation, and capacity-expansion operations in Plainfield, Indiana. The role owns end-to-end capital projects, coordinates with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, HSE, and Planning, drives automation and process improvements, manages HSE and machine-safety risks, and develops high-performing engineering teams. Candidates need 7–10 years of plant manufacturing experience, site manufacturing engineering leadership, capital-project execution, cross-functional engineering support, and a STEM degree or equivalent experience.
