Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing processes, equipment, automation, tooling, production standards, continuous improvement, quality compliance, capital projects, and manufacturing engineering teams. The role oversees plant setup, capacity and layout strategies, process validation, root-cause analysis, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, ISO 9001 compliance, and the development of manufacturing engineers. It requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial, electrical, or electromechanical engineering, at least seven years of similar experience, three years supervising people, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
