Havis is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer Manager to lead and develop a Manufacturing Engineering team and drive operational excellence, production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost optimization across manufacturing locations. The role oversees process improvement, standardization, capital projects, automation and robotics, new product introduction, and cross-functional collaboration, while leading and developing Manufacturing Engineers. A bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering and at least five years of manufacturing experience are required, with leadership experience and sheet-metal or injection-molding experience preferred.
