MultiTech is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the manufacturing engineering team and manage the launch and continuous improvement of production programs. The role oversees manufacturing processes, tooling, product launches, quality and cost improvements, capacity planning, contract-manufacturer relationships, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Quality, Design Engineering, and Production. Candidates need an engineering degree, at least 8 years of relevant experience, exposure to medium- to high-volume electronic or electromechanical manufacturing, and knowledge of PCBA manufacturing and IPC standards.
