Description
Praxis Technology is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the manufacturing engineering team and support operational excellence, quality, continuous improvement, new product introduction, manufacturing scalability, process validation, and engineering projects. The role partners with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, and senior leadership; develops and mentors engineering personnel; leads CAPA, audit, risk, capacity, and new-product transfer activities; and ensures compliance with quality and safety systems. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and 5+ years of engineering leadership are required, with 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
