Description
Taiga is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead its Manufacturing Engineering and Automation team and own the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for electric powersport vehicles and powertrains. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the role works from the company’s head office and manufacturing facility in LaSalle, Quebec, and covers production efficiency, automation, tooling, process design, problem solving, and cross-functional support for new product introductions. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, at least five years of manufacturing engineering experience in a complex environment, and at least two years of leadership experience.
