Description
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager leads manufacturing and process engineering at a plant, manages the engineering team, supports product launches, and makes technical decisions on equipment, tooling, and processes. The role owns continuous improvement, equipment maintenance, production escalations, safety performance, and technical documentation, and reports to the Plant Manager. It is a full-time permanent position based in Windsor, Ontario, with a CAD 110,000–135,000 base salary plus bonus.
