Description
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager develops and implements manufacturing processes, production layouts, equipment installation, automation, robotics, and digital work instructions; leads technical teams in assembly, integration, and test operations; and drives continuous improvement through statistical process control, data analytics, root-cause analysis, and cost reduction. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, seven years of manufacturing experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and retain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance. The full-time salary range is $129,000 to $239,600, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
