Description
The Manufacturing Production Engineering Leader develops and implements manufacturing processes, production layouts, equipment installation, fabrication, material handling, automation, robotics, and digital work instructions. The role leads technical teams in a manufacturing factory, analyzes equipment and factory data, applies statistical process control and data analytics, supports product design, and drives continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality, and operational excellence. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, seven years of manufacturing experience, U.S. citizenship, DoD Secret clearance eligibility, and the ability to pass an ATF background investigation.
