Description
The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor supports internal and external manufacturing facilities with sustaining and new-product manufacturing engineering, process improvement, quality, cost, schedule, and delivery activities. The role leads planning, task management, and execution of engineering activities; supports composite fabrication, mechanical subassemblies, system integration, and testing; and coordinates with program managers and suppliers. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least two years of supervisory experience, and 3–5 years of manufacturing or related engineering experience, with U.S. citizenship required. The salary range is $98,000–$149,250, with medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, and other benefits.
