Lockheed Martin is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead Manufacturing Engineering Aides in Production Operations at its Rotary and Mission Systems facility in Orlando, Florida. The role provides technical guidance, resolves support requests, programs and maintains assembly-related machines, updates work instructions, supports quality and continuous improvement, and drives adoption of automation, AI, CAM, and digital manufacturing technologies. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least five years of manufacturing engineering experience, schematic analysis ability, Microsoft Office experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. The full-time salary range is $85,300 to $158,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
