Description
The role develops and implements manufacturing processes, procedures, production layouts, and digital work instructions for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, fabrication, and material handling. It leads technology adoption, analyzes 3D model data, evaluates equipment performance, applies statistical process control, and supports continuous improvement and product design. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical or relevant discipline, three years of manufacturing experience, leadership experience in manufacturing assembly, integration, or test operations, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and retain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance. The full-time salary range is $85,300 to $158,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
