Description
Jabil is hiring a CNC Programmer to develop, maintain, troubleshoot, qualify, and debug CNC machining processes for milling machines, lathes, EDMs, and related equipment. The role includes part measurement, machine and tooling selection, fixture design, installation and qualification, operator training, process improvement, and participation in new-build and vendor acceptance activities. Candidates need at least two years of CNC programming experience, mechanical troubleshooting and CAD/CAM knowledge, and familiarity with CNC programming software; an associate’s degree is preferred. The position pays $22.84–$41.11 per hour and may require occasional second-, third-, and weekend operations, overtime, and exposure to manufacturing chemicals.
