Description
Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Technician for the 1st shift, working 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at $31.00 per hour. The role supports manufacturing engineers by deploying standard work, conducting time studies, maintaining process documentation, participating in Kaizen and rapid improvement events, supporting lean and continuous improvement initiatives, solving production problems, and contributing to pilot builds and equipment requests. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of manufacturing experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship; an associate degree in engineering or a technical program is preferred.
