Description
The Manufacturing Engineering Technician provides technical support to production processes by implementing improvements, validating processes and equipment, preparing work instructions and technical documentation, monitoring engineering projects, and investigating manufacturing issues. The role collaborates with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Manufacturing teams to improve efficiency, ensure compliance, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, time and motion studies, and process performance monitoring.
