Centro is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Engineering Technician in Claremont, North Carolina, reporting to a Manufacturing Engineer. The role supports manufacturing and project engineering initiatives by designing and improving methods, fixtures, tooling, and equipment; troubleshooting production issues; assisting with machine installations and facility setups; coordinating engineering supplies; and training team members. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related manufacturing, engineering, mechanical, or fabrication experience, MIG welding proficiency, blueprint-reading ability, and the ability to operate hand and power tools.
