Description
Carrier is hiring a Manufacturing Process and Equipment Technician to lead the installation, setup, and fine-tuning of equipment, fixtures, and tooling; provide advanced technical support; perform testing, measurements, capability studies, and process documentation; troubleshoot complex process and equipment issues; support line launches and process-improvement projects; and train less-experienced technicians and operators. The role requires an HS diploma or GED, at least 8 years of manufacturing, process, or equipment technician experience, 8 years of hands-on equipment installation and troubleshooting experience, and 5 years of experience interpreting blueprints, schematics, process sheets, and work instructions. The annual salary is $43,500 to $87,500, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
