Description
Carrier is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to provide advanced technical support for manufacturing processes and equipment on the production floor. The role involves installing, setting up, and fine-tuning equipment, fixtures, and tooling; supporting process standards and cycle times; conducting tests and capability studies; troubleshooting complex issues; maintaining process documentation; supporting line launches and process-improvement projects; and training less-experienced technicians. The position requires an HS diploma or GED, at least 8 years of manufacturing, process, or equipment technician experience, 8 years of hands-on equipment installation and troubleshooting experience, and 5 years of experience interpreting blueprints, schematics, process sheets, and work instructions. The annual salary is $43,500 to $87,500, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
