Description
The Manufacturing Engineering Trainee is an entry-level, full-time rotational training role at Dodge Industrial in Marion, North Carolina. The position reports to the Engineering Manager and includes mentorship, hands-on manufacturing projects focused on cost, time, safety, quality, and delivery, exposure to leadership and business functions, and opportunities across manufacturing facilities and North American Headquarters. Candidates need an engineering degree, manufacturing process experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills, and work authorization in the United States; metal-cutting, CNC, gearing or bearing, materials, and shop-floor experience are preferred.
