Clover is hiring a Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician to support and maintain milk processing, bottling, and distribution facilities in Petaluma, California. The role covers preventive maintenance and repair of filling, packaging, valves, pumps, HVAC, boilers, refrigeration, electrical, pneumatic, and wastewater systems, as well as troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, and control systems. The technician must maintain food safety and quality records, follow manufacturing procedures, and work independently in a 24-hour environment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of applicable experience, a valid California driver’s license, insurance eligibility, and certificates or equivalent experience in welding, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics. The hourly pay rate is $43.69, with a $2.00 increase per month under the CBA.
