Description
Ecolab is seeking a Program Deployment Analyst to drive the deployment, adoption, governance, and global scale-up of a Manufacturing Excellence Platform and Digital Manufacturing Cell. The individual contributor will manage deployment workstreams for manufacturing KPI control towers, paperless factory workflows, EKODE, eQMS, ERP, automation, AI, and loss-elimination solutions across Ecolab plants. The role coordinates site readiness, stakeholder engagement, training, change management, adoption tracking, risk and issue resolution, benefits analysis, and program governance, while partnering with manufacturing, digital, engineering, quality, safety, finance, and site leadership teams.
