Description
The role is the single point of accountability for hands-on plant-floor identification, investigation, and prevention of operational inventory variances. It directs cross-functional teams through root-cause analysis, corrective actions, cycle counts, ERP reconciliations, audits, SOPs, dashboards, and sustained variance reduction while maintaining inventory records and product traceability. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of supervisory or leadership experience, and experience leading high-dollar variance investigations and ERP systems; an associate or bachelor’s degree and five or more years of relevant experience are preferred. The role is primarily office-based with regular interaction with manufacturing, warehouse, and third-party storage environments, and may require extended hours, holidays, weekends, and local travel.
