Description
The role provides technical and engineering support for building and production equipment maintenance, tenant improvements, new construction, equipment installations, building repairs, upgrades, relocations, and infrastructure improvements. Responsibilities include identifying facility improvement recommendations, leading projects, drafting and maintaining architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC documentation, and supporting audits and inspections. The position requires blueprint interpretation, knowledge of building construction and mechanical systems, CAD design experience, organizational and communication skills, computer proficiency, ability to interpret compliance documents, and awareness of occupational hazards. A bachelor's or associate degree in engineering or a related STEM discipline is required, along with 1–5 years of experience in a technical or engineering support role.
