Description
The Manufacturing Flex Associate will work on the second shift in a manufacturing environment, rotating among laminating, assembly, and other production areas as needed. The role involves learning multiple processes, following work instructions and quality standards, safely operating equipment, inspecting products, maintaining a safe work area, and supporting production goals. The position offers a $2 per hour shift premium, regular hours of 2:00 PM–10:30 PM Monday through Friday, and an optional 4x10 schedule. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or similar experience is a plus, and training is available.
