PCA is hiring a manufacturing-floor support worker to assist with plant and facilities-related work, increase productivity, reduce downtime and waste, maintain equipment and shop standards, and follow safety procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work overtime, weekends, and the first and second shifts, plus strong communication and teamwork skills. Compensation is $18.57 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) benefits.
