PCA is hiring a manufacturing-floor support worker to assist with plant and facilities operations, increase productivity, reduce downtime and waste, maintain equipment and shop standards, and support high-quality production. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work every shift, overtime, weekends, and varied conditions, plus physical work involving prolonged standing and lifting up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $23.02–$29.34 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and a gainshare program.
