Manufacturing Floor Worker at PCA

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, flexible scheduling including overtime and weekends, willingness to work the first and second shifts, good attendance, and U.S. work authorization. Packaging or manufacturing experience is preferred, and the starting salary is $20.47 per hour with annual performance-based bonus and medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days.
