Description
Molex is hiring a Manufacturing Integration Engineer (DPE) in Lisle, Illinois to develop cost-effective manufacturing strategies for new I/O cable products and ensure robust design for manufacturability across low- and high-volume production. The role leads cross-functional product, signal integrity, tooling, and plant manufacturing engineers; supports proof-of-concept, tooling development, NPI transfers, product ramp-up, capacity expansion, process optimization, and global manufacturing initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years of mechanical engineering experience related to precision electromechanical components, and knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly systems, SPC, DOE, tooling cost estimating, and project management. The role pays $100,000–$135,000 per year plus variable pay and includes medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
