DIS-TRAN Steel is hiring a MI Solutions Architect I in Ruston, Louisiana to design scalable, secure, and maintainable Manufacturing Intelligence architectures and integration strategies. The role translates business and functional requirements into architecture frameworks, data flows, interfaces, and system designs; leads technical design and project guidance; supports implementation, validation, deployment, and troubleshooting; and mentors delivery teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, approximately eight or more years of relevant experience, and expertise in software design, system integration, data architecture, cloud platforms, industrial systems, and protocols such as REST APIs, MQTT, and OPC UA.
