Description
Mondelēz International is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer Intern to work on the production floor and support manufacturing process improvement projects. The intern will analyze production data and line performance, investigate downtime and material loss, investigate root causes, and help develop solutions using Lean Six Sigma, World Class Manufacturing, and Total Productive Maintenance. The role may also involve updating process maps, evaluating packaging processes, optimizing equipment, and improving standard operating procedures. The internship is available in Chicago, Richmond, Portland, Naperville, Twin Falls, and Indianapolis, with weekly compensation of $1,000–$1,260 and eligibility for full-time conversion.
