RedGuard is seeking a Manufacturing Intern to support the Production Manager and Floor Supervisors on the production floor. The role involves time studies, downtime tracking, root-cause analysis, work-instruction and SOP reviews, performance-metric communication, and support for lean manufacturing and continuous-improvement projects. Candidates should have Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and an interest in manufacturing, construction, or project management. The position pays $18.00-$20.00 per hour and involves a production-floor environment with physical and safety demands.
