Description
The Manufacturing Lead performs hands-on production work while coordinating assignments, supporting safety, quality, compliance, housekeeping, data integrity, and continuous improvement across a manufacturing department. The role reports to the Director of Manufacturing, mentors and trains employees, resolves production issues, and collaborates with customers, suppliers, contractors, and other departments. It is an on-site position in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, with a stated Canadian compensation range of $55,000 to $70,000 CAD per year.
