Baxter is hiring a Manufacturing Lead to oversee medical device assembly, packaging, production scheduling, work orders, ERP transactions, team meetings, training, and mentoring of Manufacturing Technicians. The role performs assembly-line functions, maintains GMP and clean-room standards, operates production equipment, and may serve as a backup to the Manufacturing Supervisor. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent plus three years of manufacturing experience, or an associate's degree plus one year of manufacturing experience, along with ERP experience and basic computer and communication skills. The estimated base salary is $48,000 to $66,000 annually, with medical and dental coverage starting on day one.
