The Manufacturing Operations Manager leads daily manufacturing operations and production teams, coordinating priorities with Planning, Materials, Engineering, Quality, and Human Resources. The role focuses on productivity, quality, delivery, cost, safety, continuous improvement, workforce development, and data-driven operational performance. Candidates need experience leading manufacturing or industrial teams, knowledge of production planning and quality systems, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency in English and Spanish. Preferred qualifications include Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ERP/MRP systems, and experience with new product introductions.
