Description
Arclin is hiring a full-time Manufacturing (Finishing) Machine Operator for its Richmond, Virginia Spruance Plant. The role monitors and operates production and field equipment, supports manufacturing and operations, maintains quality and safety standards, follows emergency procedures, and rotates through training and qualifications for related equipment and control-room work. The position pays $26.09 per hour plus a $2.50 shift differential, requires a rotating 12-hour schedule including nights, days, and weekends, and requires a high school diploma or GED, PPE, physical ability, Microsoft Office experience, and willingness to learn new software. Preferred qualifications include chemical process operations, industrial manufacturing, military experience, manufacturing technology education, and process-equipment troubleshooting experience.
