VALiNTRY is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Maintenance Manager in Terre Haute, Indiana, to lead maintenance operations across three shifts in a manufacturing environment. The role oversees reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, mechanical and process improvement projects, safety compliance, records, and spare parts, while leading maintenance leads, mechanics, and electricians. Candidates need 5 to 7 years of maintenance leadership experience, at least 3 years of leadership or management experience, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related technical discipline. The salary is $100,000 to $130,000 per year, with additional technical capabilities potentially allowing consideration above the range.
