Description
The Industrial Maintenance Planner coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, schedules work in the Max Maintenance system, develops job plans, manages maintenance backlogs, supports shutdowns and turnarounds, and produces performance reports and budgets. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of maintenance planning, supervision, or industrial maintenance experience, CMMS software knowledge, and familiarity with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and manufacturing systems. The position is based in a manufacturing production facility with occasional office work and may require overtime, weekends, on-call support, and physical work in industrial environments.
