The role includes preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems, documenting work, analyzing reliability reports, and maintaining safe and compliant work practices. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, and knowledge of electrical, control, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
