Description
The Manufacturing Manager oversees manufacturing operations, supervisory staff, production planning, quality, inventory, safety, continuous improvement, and coordination with other departments. The role provides leadership and direction for the manufacturing division, manages overtime and manpower, supports supervisor training, and reports on plant operations to the General Manager. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Technical Science or equivalent experience, 7–10 years of managerial experience in an automotive environment, knowledge of occupational health and safety and labour laws, and strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, and computer skills.
