HOERIG GmbH is seeking a manufacturing manager to lead and develop production for a team of around 20 employees. The role covers work preparation, production planning and scheduling, quality inspections, technical support, CAM/PPS systems, customer handover, maintenance, tooling, investments, digitalization, automation, and staff planning. Candidates should have a technical education, ideally a Master Craftsman, Technician, or comparable qualification, plus manufacturing experience, along with leadership, decision-making, and process-development abilities. The position offers a long-term perspective in an established company and tariff-based framework conditions for the metalworking industry in Bavaria.
