Pact Packaging is hiring a Manufacturing Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and drive safe, efficient, cost-effective production. The role oversees safety, quality, delivery, cost, waste, production scheduling, risk management, site expansion and capital projects, lean manufacturing, equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and team development. Candidates need extensive manufacturing leadership experience, including at least 10 years in leadership roles, knowledge of lean manufacturing and capital projects, understanding of safety and quality frameworks, commercial decision-making ability, and a mechanical or manufacturing engineering qualification.
