Description
The Manufacturing Manager oversees production operations in a manufacturing facility, planning and coordinating schedules, quality control, productivity, budgets, resources, and personnel. The role leads continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives, supports hiring and training, ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, and collaborates with engineering, procurement, logistics, and other manufacturing leaders. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 8–10 years of manufacturing or construction leadership experience, technical knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes, and strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
