The role oversees department supervisors, manufacturing plans, quality, safety, productivity, continuous improvement, performance metrics, labor and capital resources, equipment maintenance, and site performance planning. It requires at least three years of experience in a supervisor or manager role, manufacturing project management and continuous improvement skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication abilities.
