IPG is hiring a Manufacturing Manager I to lead daily plant operations in the Plant Overhead department. The role oversees department supervisors, manufacturing plans, quality, safety, productivity, continuous improvement, performance metrics, labor and capital resources, equipment maintenance, and site performance planning. It requires at least five years of experience in a supervisor or manager role, with union-environment leadership and PSM experience preferred, along with manufacturing project management, lean six sigma, and Microsoft Office skills.
