Description
IPG is hiring a Manufacturing Manager I – Protective Packaging to lead daily plant operations in its protective packaging division. The role oversees plant employees, assigns workloads, manages quality and safety, develops manufacturing plans, supports continuous improvement and certification goals, and optimizes labor, capital, equipment, and budget resources. The position reports to the Operations Manager and requires at least five years of experience in a maintenance supervisor or manager role, along with manufacturing project management, lean six sigma, and IPS knowledge.
