IPG is hiring a Manufacturing Manager – Protective Packaging to oversee daily plant operations in its protective packaging division. The role leads plant employees, manages workloads, quality, safety, labor and capital resources, equipment maintenance, performance metrics, and continuous-improvement projects, and supports the Operations Manager and site business goals. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or an applicable technical discipline is preferred, while 5+ years of maintenance-supervisor or manager experience is required.
