Description
The Manufacturing Operations Manager leads and coaches manufacturing leaders and support groups, and is accountable for safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, and budget of assigned production groups. The role requires a business, engineering, or equivalent experience degree, at least 10 years of combined leadership and supervisory experience, manufacturing and quality-system knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position offers a pay range of 101,900.00 to 150,600.00 USD annually and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
