L3Harris is hiring a Manufacturing Methods Engineer in Camden, New Jersey on a 9/80 schedule. The role develops production build and assembly documentation, supports design for producibility and new-product start-up, optimizes production flow lines, supports assembly operators, programs automated manufacturing equipment, and leads continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates need at least three years of electronics manufacturing or equivalent experience, manufacturing drawing interpretation and assembly-instruction-writing experience, an associate’s degree in engineering technology, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. The salary range is $53,673 to $110,000, with health and disability insurance and other benefits.
