Bosch Thermoteknik AB in Tranås is seeking an internship candidate to support Manufacturing Operations and Engineering within its heat pump production plant in Sweden. The intern will assist local colleagues with daily shopfloor and manufacturing improvement tasks across lean principles, KPI dashboards, time studies, ergonomic evaluation, digital production tools, problem-solving, data analysis, and process standardization. The role is on-site for 6 months, preferably starting in October 2026, and targets students in Engineering or Industrial Engineering, ideally at master’s level, with strong analytical, digital, and communication skills.
