AWS is hiring a Manufacturing Operations and Industrial Engineering Program Manager to own factory layout and material flow design across its rack fulfillment manufacturing sites. The role translates capacity plans into data-driven layouts, designs automation and manual assembly workflows, develops industrial simulation models, coordinates utility and infrastructure requirements, manages phased construction and layout changes, and drives continuous improvement across EC2, Machine Learning, and Storage hardware manufacturing. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field, plus extensive technical product and program management experience working with engineering teams. The listed base salary is 148,700.00–201,200.00 USD annually in Salt Lake City, Utah, with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
